How do I place my order for Wholesale?
The best way to place your order is via our webpage. This way, we receive your information exactly as you enter it. However, if you need assistance in placing your order, we do take orders over the phone, email or just walk-in.
When should I place my order?
We suggest you place your flower order at least two weeks to one month prior to your event. Next day orders may be possible depending on flower variety and availability. Waiting to the last moment could risk that we are sold out of the specific flower you need. After we receive your order, a customer service representative will call you to verify your order. Most importantly, ordering in advance allows you to check this task off your to-do list!
How do I pay for my flowers?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discovery. Our system will accept all credit cards and check cards with one of these companies logos on it. We also accept payments via PayPal.
- If you order flowers Online and Choose the option to Pickup in Store, please bring the credit card used to purchase your flowers and a valid government issued ID.
- If you choose the option for Delivery, please have ready the Credit Card Holder and Picture ID card. We require a signature confirmation.
- Send a Check. We need to receive your check 10 days or more before your event.
- Pay Cash in store. For large order, please make your payment in advance.
- Pay thru PayPal.com ( online only ).
How do I know that my order has been received?
When you submit an online order you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you did not receive an e-mail, simply contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call at 702-873-8806 or 702-287-1522 and we can confirm your order for you or send you another email confirmation.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation And Refund Policy:
1. Any cancellations to the order shall be made before 48 hours of the actual time of delivery to claim refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the 48hr delivery window starts.
2. Cancellation of an order shall be made with mail with Subject: " Cancellation Request" and sent to email@example.com

4. In case of Cancellation after 48 hours, a 25% charge will be applicable.
How do I make changes to my order?
All requests to change an existing order must be placed within 3 days of your delivery date. Many of our products are shipped from Ecuador, South America, and are often being processed for their journey several days prior to the delivery date. Once the product has been shipped, changes are not possible.
